    I’m considering buying the VW "factory" roof rack (cross-bars) for
my 99 Passat and was wondering if it is compatible with either Thule or
Yakima bike carriers,

Any comments/experiences appreciated,

Is there cheap, good , better, best  timing belts, like most car parts
,something that last longer then the others or all they about the same.

I have a "k "reg citroen zx, that when it starts up it blows black
smoke out of the exhaust which forms as a kind of soot on the floor,
also whilst driving it judders as if running out of fuel even though
it is’nt. at first i though it was because of dirt in the carb but
seems clean, it drives fine apart from the juddering but judders all
the time even at high speeds and no matter what gear your in. can
anyone help and let me know what could be goingwrong.

Looking for an Exhaust Manifold for a 1997 Golf 1.8L 8v engine. Mine is
cracked, need something with low KMS in Good Shape.  I’m located in Canada.

what is the purpose of the second row of bulbs in my cluster, ive seen
evryone light up except the lower ones, is this just a cosmetic thing?

Hi, I have a 2001 Passat and the digital display broke on the dash. The
display that shows mileage and what gear you are in and the temperature
outside. It looks like the cold broke it because the display is spidered
out. Anyway how much of a job is it to remove and replace the display? Do
you go through the top of the dash, under it? Any ideas or help is
appreciated!

Anybody that has been through a rear end collision with an A2 Jetta, and has
had their car successfully repaired, please let me know…I have post-crash
pictures of my Jetta, and need to know how to handle the insurance adjuster

Would the CIS fuel injection stuff from my 77 1.6l rabbit for the most part
(injectors, fuel lines, Cold start injector, etc.) be compatible with the
CIS-E system in my 86 1.8l Golf?

Hi,

        Stock spark plugs for 2.0 engines seem to be built by NGK. What is
the NGK partnumber for them?

        I have stock plugs in the engine right now, but need to change
the wires… the new wires (non stock, stock were NLA down here) need
plugs without the threaded on adaptor, and stock plugs have it welded.
