GTI INTERNATIONAL, GOLFS GOLFS…

Hi all,

Question to ask. Will GTI alloys (A1 or A2) fit on the
lesser spec’d A1? (My wife has an ’81 Golf C and wants the GTI
look).

Seeing you at GTI International in Berkshire (UK!) (There is
nothing like a 3 miles GTI traffic jam!!)

’81 Golf C      1093cc Daily Driver
’83 Golf GTI    1781cc Campaign Model in Lhasa Green
’89 Golf Driver 1595cc Factory GTI lookalike, Daily ‘Driver’ :-)

any 4-bolt watercooled VW wheel will fit any other 4-bolt car. the
different profile tires do act differently on the various models, though.
e.g. an A2 will typically feel softer (less "bang") than the short wheel
    travel, A1 suspensions.
