I &lt;br /&gt; would expect that the 100mm CVs would be more robust, considering that &lt;br /&gt; VW switched all models to that type in the late 80&#039;s or early 90&#039;s. &lt;br /&gt; Previously only higher performance models had the 100mm joints. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Anyway, it can be done either with 90mm flanges or 100mm shafts. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;BTW, what model did your 100mm shafts come from? &lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mark &lt;br /&gt;
