Jetta Wagon TDI Germany or Mexico?

Does anyone know where the 2003 Jetta Wagon is assembled?  I’ve read it was
assembled in Germany not Mexico like the regular Jetta and Beetle.

Thanks
Steve

    yes…it’s Germany.

A VIN check will confirm it.  If the VIN starts with a W it’s Germany and if
it starts with 3 it’s Mexico.
