Is it possible to add digital climate control to a 2000 Jetta GLS vr6 if it
is only equipped with the regular AC..let me know what you think

Anything can be done if you have a ton of $$$$$. You would need the control
head, wiring harness, heater/AC box with all the servo, etc, etc.
