I bought it despite my slight trepidations. And indeed, the car is going to
be so hot, especially given the current trend in gas prices. Best car I’ve
ever had, including a ’91 gas Passat (which I still have and like.)

The really nice thing about the TDI is how quiet it is on the highway at 65
mph or so. With all that low-end power they’ve geared it down so far…
