After several visits to the dealer (Howard Cooper, &lt;br /&gt; Ann Arbor, MI - _not_ one of the good ones), my father ran into the &lt;br /&gt; regional supervisor, who looked it over, and decided to replace the car &lt;br /&gt; with a brand new 95 GL, at no cost.
